I've been listening to dena piano duo a bit too much (yes, they write it with lower case letters).
The pedal action comes through very clear to me, it feels very musical, the recording is excellent.

Another couple of recordings where you can hear piano noises are Solo Piano I and Solo Piano Ii by Chilly Gonzales. There was so much piano noise I thought there was a problem on the CDs. Nope just the way it was recorded. The clicking noise I thought were loose ivory on the keys similar to my piano teachers ancient piano. Might have been long finger nails. The music on his first 2 solo piano CDs is similar to Eric Satie. The second CD also came with a DVD of a live concert. Mr Gonzales invited folks to come on the stage and play a few notes. He would then improvise around those notes.
