Hi!
I got kind of interested in Phonovorstufe VP-2000. Anybody who knows what's inside the "black box". Schematics?

Re: Music Amp 2000
OK, thanks. I was convinced that the "black box" wasn't for sale. I guess the inside is diff input stage with possible cascode in the high gain stage. Anybody who has more info? FET's as input stage?

Re: Re: Music Amp 2000
Just a thought, but is it the Deane Jensen 990 op-amp that was published with circuit diagram in the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society? Before anyone asks, the reason I haven't given a specific reference is that my AES CD-ROM couldn't find it even though I know I have seen the paper copy.

Deane Jenssen JE-990
and a symetric "simple OP"
along with some other circuits, GIF/PDF
on this page:
Dave Baldwin is DIBs Electronic Design, providing design support for Audio
There is a AUDIO BUFFER - 5532-OP using PUSH-PULL output stage.
Can be studied/modified.
This princip Can with good results be Used as
a DIY-HeadPhone Amp.
Several designs with different OP-amps, has proven this.

Simple Discrete Op amp - symetric
And here is the 5532 "Headphone amp"
Here I found JE-990 Discrete OP-ampEC8010 said:Just a thought, but is it the Deane Jensen 990 op-amp that was published with circuit diagram in the Journal of the Audio Engineering Society?
