Phoenix Gold Xenon x1200.1 Driver Board - Help with parts

Need help identifying the parts in the red squares in these pics. I believe they say BE RP but haven't been able to find anything on them.

they might be driver transistors. u need a data code book.

Q2,Q4 &Q7 is MMBTA92 and Q5,Q6 & Q8 is MMBTA42
Q1 is MMBT39024L & Q3 is MMBT3906L...hope this helps some🙂

Perry is correct. I was reading from the D driver board prints...😱

Your board is the PWM Oscillator board not the Class D amp driver board...I must be sleepy ..sorry for the confusion. and thanks Perry..
