Phoenix Gold xenon x 1200.1

Purchase this amp broken. Looks to have the power supply fet replace. Only one side has been replace. I've replaced the output transistors.the amp doesn't not go into protect but once the output section power up. It draws a ton of amperage and one of the output inductors gets extremely hot. So hot is started changing colors and steaming. What can me issue be?

Here's the output inductor

Did you try twisting the inductor to see if the current draw changed?

They typically short where the terminal windings meet the rest of the windings. Generally top or bottom.

It looks like it has been running hot for a while. It may be possible to rewind it if the core didn't get too hot.

Also I've notic just now when I was trying to power the amp up again to wiggle the inductor around to see if that would change my amp drawn. The amp went into protect. I press in the chip then it power up but the inductor still gets very hot very fast. What is this chip. Looks like someone has resolder the pins on this chip. Part number PIC16F676-I/P. Did a search comes up at a programmable microcontroller. if this doesn't have a good connection can this cause the inductor to run hot or the output suction to run full open?
