its hard to describe, sort of a "zweeee" it goes high and low. its also present while playing music. i could try to upload a sound clip?

If you're using a full range speaker, you're likely hearing the sound produced by the unsynchronized oscillators (normal).

yes, I'm using a full range speaker and that's the sound I hear.
