Hi all I have a Phoenix Gold eq2125 which isn't powering on. Could the Sg2525a be at fault? The input voltage is reading 3.5v DC.
Follow the circuit back from 13-15 to find the transistor feeding those pins.
I'm assuming that the supply voltage feeding the B+ and remote are 12v.

13 and 15 lead back to a ZTX 749 PNP transistor, there's 12.3v DC at the first leg and 3.8v DC at the leg connected to pin 13 and 15
