,this player its ok,read discs and cd-r quickly,but it have problem with last track in disc,especia lly if disc have 20 or more tracks,in 17 and more track laser skiping and disk turn to other direction.and stop .where is problem,what know?thank you.

I have a fully working CD940, and I bought a CD950 or 930 (can't quite remember) as a donor for spares to the 940, but it only reads discs 40% of the time. I suspect the CDM9 is on its way out - which is a shame as I bought it mainly for the spare CDM9.
You say that you now have 4 that are all faulty somehow, what are all the problems? Maybe you can build a good unit from bits of all of them?
I would guess that the laser is probably the issue. If the disc was spining uncontrollably, it mght the clock, but that doesn't seem to be the case from what you've described.

hello,Phil I have one cd931 with this problems,others have new owners and good condition and sound😀 ,I repair.tweak and sold its.its ok.but this have problem.930,931... very intresting for me,under tweak
