I was successful in purchasing a brand new Philips CDM 9/44 on eBay from a fellow in Austria with very good feedback.. Oddly I found the listing on eBay Italia, it was not even listed on the US eBay despite being listed for world wide sale. I will install it as soon as it arrives. It was about 70 euro..

Please read my previous replies to the service manual question. I actually do not have any PHILIPS service manuals as I have previously indicated . 😕
I am sure someone else on the forum would be happy to provide them provided you cover the considerable copying costs.

So, in the end, did anybody get hold of the Philips CD930/930/940 service manual, perhaps from Elso?
Elso appears to be banned these days. I tried emailing him, as well as bricolo (I noticed he posted some snippets of the schematic on a different thread), but with no response, as of yet.
