Philips CD781: any good?

Does anyone have experience with this CD player? I saw it at a thrift shop for €20. I have a Philips CD471 and CD710 which I both like. And I'm getting a CD620 soon as well. Does it compare to those?

Could be just worth it to have a spare CDM4?

It's the same as the Philips CD620 I just got, which has barely been used so I can probably expect the transport to last a long time to come?
