Re: Post #3
Hi, Bernhard
Glad to learn that you can offer a replacement transformer. Please advise the total cost & payment method. It would be much better than asking someone to re-wind the damaged one. You may contact me by :

By the way, i would like to thank all who response to my Post#1
😉

Hi Oshifis,

Thanks for your reply to Post#1. I suppose the configuration of cd 304 & cd104 are similar in respect of the mains transformer, for the power supply unit uses the same type of three-terminal voltage regulators.

I wish that I won't mislead you, since my knowledge in this field is limited. Maybe some other experienced guy could tell the true story.
Anyway, thanks again for your two posts in this thread.

Best Regards.

Change trasformer about the cd 304

Hallo
I would change the original trasformer about my philips cd 304 the diagram is not very clear for me
I thought buy a trasformer about this test point:
30vac
8vac-0-8vac
80vac
About the display is critical, the diagram say 1,25vac-0-1,25 but i misure the 2,4vac-0-2,4av and i don't know what i use
Have you exeperince about it?
I though buy a toroidal trasfomer about 100W
Best Regard

Paolo
