You could try to make something like that. John Kreskovsky’s spreadsheets are still available, and there is one which looks promising (I did not try it yet) for the thing you’re talking about.

All stock 4th order filters are 180° (more or less) out of phase at XO point (2nd order are 90°), and have 360° total phase shift (2nd have 180°).
