"Pentodes for Dummies" needed.

Hello All,

Does anybody know of a resource for a basic tutorial on the subject of pentodes? A pentodes cookbook would be ideal.

I prefer something that can be found on the internet. Book title suggestions and book reviews are also welcome.

Specifically, I am looking for something where I can learn about using pentodes in aplications OTHER THAN connected to output transformers.
