don't forget the QW of TQWT stands for quarter wave or wavelength. that particular calculator is tuning the enclosure for the driver's FS.

your driver having a low 30hz-ish FS, makes sense on the line length.
a 100cm line length will raise tuning to the 70-80hz range, which isn't much of a subwoofer at all. If looking for a smaller line length, try simulating or calculating a TL or MLTL. Brian Steele has a great excel spreadsheet for MLTLs, and TLs can be designed with aggressive tapers to reduce line length
