Peavey M-2600 trouble

[Cobra2]

Some friend dragged this defect amp to my house, and asked if anything can be done...

Problem 1: DC on output (= ca. 45V)
Problem 2: 2 x 2W(?) resistors on the PSU-board is burned beyond recognition....

Any tips / schematics?

Your 2 R's are 550ohm/5W and supply the +/-15V for the opamps.

Do you know which model you have? Or what year? There are three different schematics for the M2600, let me know and you'll have your schematic.

My Peavey M-2600 is a Mark V series,I don't know where to look for the serial number. Hope this helps, if not could you tell me where to look for the serial number?
