you shouldn´t have a problem with a normal transformer if you use an extra enclosure for it and keep it away from the Pearl PCBs.

I have a Musical Fidelity XLP-S and I want to build a better phono Amp. I see that the Pearl has two boards for L/R which contains
the powersupply. I use a MM-cartridge, so what do I need from You ? I believe you sell the pcb's with or without parts.
I want to buy the one with all parts. Thanks !
