I am building a mixer console style box for my BOSOZ and was thinking of adding a peak level meter so I could adjust the input levels for optimum performance.
In keeping with the Pass Blue Leds, I was thinking of having a nice Blue Led for left and right channels outputs to illuminate on 1-2 Volt peaks. ( rather than analogue meters which are too expensive if good quality)
Can anyone please advise on a suitable circuit to drive the Leds for this application, I recall a design some years ago which was a peak hold latch, but I cannot locate it.
Any ideas most appreciated.
