I read follow:
Replaced By PCM1795 – The device has SIMILAR FUNCTIONALITY but is not functionally equivalent to the compared device. Offers better audio performance.
By checking the datasheet - go to page 37 about
http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/pcm1795.pdf
this is hard to believe (maybe except if reproduction by personal computer instead cd player).
NE5534 as IU converter - worse sonic quality is to expect
Which currently available alternatives are there for order ?
thanks for advices.

I have no specific info, but it is obvious to me that TI/BB is just desperate to be allowed to stop producing the PCM1704, but there is still too much demand. The PCM1795 is yet another desperate attempt to try to convince us ladder-dac-lovers that bitstream is better. Which IMO it is not. So, TI/BB keeps threatening to discontinue the 1704, they get too much noise from people/makers wanting them, and they back off again and keep making it. Don't imagine this will continue for a lot longer, though. Maybe another 2 or 3 years, I expect.
in this case this URL is of interest:
