Hi!
This topic is a result of comments and questions I got. What happens if I use two decoupling capacitors in parallel? Does a 330pF in parallel with 100nF make any sense?
I did a simple simulation model of an 0603 SMD capacitors based on manufacturer information and added some transmission lines into the schematic. You can see the results on:Audio designs made smart with superior performance - Regal technology

Hi, I made an add-on to this post as I got an interesting question - Can you do a simulation with just 100nF - to be able to compare the results. And the result is a bit interesting!

Hi again, I just got the answer on what is happening between the 330pF and 100nF. It is confirmed to be resonance. More information on http://www.electrical-integrity.com/Quietpower_files/Quietpower-2.pdf
Thanks Stefan for the link. /Anders

This thread is bordering on spam, in my opinion. You are simply posting a tease line so that people will click on your link.

Hi,
I'm sorry if you see it as spam. Let me tell some why I chose this way. I have interests from different forums and also from people I know outside forums. And writing the same stuff in different places just mess it up. So either I should chose one forum or I use my website as the common place. Of course I could write all here, but then its the same for others. Please suggest if you have any good ideas. I really don't like my posts here to be seen as spam.
