I use protel 99 se this is so nice and good but i can not creat gerber file from .pcb file so please any body knows about that help me

True, this would be a limitation to people who cant afford it.

Yes, I totally agree. Its not the most intuative software..but once you get used to its not problem at all.

is there a way to print black and white on pcb123?

(for photoetching needs?)

i wish to avoid the photoshop route.

(the pads come out grey and dithered on my laser printer)

Try turning up contrast or converting the image to black and white.

Also use the printing options for your printer to select maximum quality and ink usage.
