I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me with this problem. I'm still new to the world of pcb making, and one of the problems I have is when it comes to resizing the boards for printing to glossy paper. I've tried 2 different programs, those include Paint Shop Pro and Windows Paint. Problem is, afte I resize I'm left with speckles all over the image. I mean, the parts that use to be white is now a very light grey.
This cant be good for pcb making. If anybody can assist then pls do.
