I doubt the CMOY would be cast in epoxy for practical reasons as well as the natural resin colour . It's rare to see water-clear epoxy that isn't massively expensive and its also too viscous to cast it without air bubbles, for amateurs at least.
Back as far as 80 years ago, jewellery, gemstones and other display pieces, were often potted by cold-casting in a clear resin like the pic shows. The resin was just PMMA ( poly-methyl-methacrylate) formed by polymerising water-like methyl methacrylate at room temperature with the addition of a small amount of catalyst (an organic peroxide, same as used to harden polyester (fiberglass) resin. The clear plastic formed, had familiar trade names like Perspex, Lucite, Diakon etc and it's still used and available in various sheet, rod and moulded forms, as an engineering plastic.
I don't suppose there was any allowance made for the distributed capacitance added to the MC preamp circuits when they were covered in resin? That might explain the mediocre performance mentioned by analog-as.

Back in the early days of radios, amplifiers and television, a lot of things were built with point to point construction techniques. No PCB used, components were interconnected to each other directly or mounted on solder lugs attached to the chassis. If you have worked on something from that era, it can be quite a challenge! Though turret board style construction developed later was much more service friendly and rugged.

I don't believe this is possible to do on any level. Pretty low impedance circuit with a tiny amount of added capacitance all over the place. How do you account for that? Not sure if the change in perceived sound had anything to do with electricity or was just the combination of added mechanical damping and coupling. At mc levels these effects may be quite extreme.
The OP is NOT suggesting dead bug or point to point construction by any means, but attributing nonsense MAGICAL properties to metals used in construction, a very different thing.
Not certain why would anybody waste more than one second on this mumbo jumbo dissociated nonsense or try to find any logic in it.
Of course, nobody is that crazy and at the same time able to keep keyboard working submerged in drool, so second option we are being TROLLED, big time.
Which is always a resounding success here, why woud I be surprised?

I doubt this is intentional trolling. Having followed the OP over several years here, I think there has been a serious personal development that prompts his more recent posts. The NAP140 thread had earlier been temporarily closed to break posting habits and for tempers of replies to dissipate but it seems we are headed back there again in this thread.
I wouldn't be surprised if the thread is closed soon. That may temporarily solve the problem as the thread would still be archived but not so easily found. Maybe not an ideal solution but then I'm no mod who may have to deal with this.

Guys. the wars are on all fronts, psychological wars, chemical wars, information wars, money, position and power wars. Biological wars, everything is sold and bought at the same time, souls, immune systems, everything is at danger.
