I send confirmation emails to each who do. In the event of a bouncing email, I contact through the forum email system.

So far we have 10 boards paid by 8 members 😀

The deadline is when people have all paid up, or close enough to transfer the money and start the work.

If some boards are in my hands that haven't been paid for, they get held onto for a 30-day grace period for those who ordered them to contact with payment. I suspect there's m.o.'s in the snail mail for this too.

After 30 days of no contact, they're offered to the members marked down for "Round 2".

I think this is fair.

Just a reminder that if you pay with PayPal, *please* include your DIYaudio username, so I know who to mark as paid.

yes... the board house uses the gerbers to manufacture the board.

I'd just say make the boards using the existing gerbers, unmodified. I can't fix the case clearance 100%, and I can't find an AC socket that's the same size/shape/style in a low quanity.

Update:

We have 17 boards paid for 🙂

To make it fair for those who have already paid, I will after all be setting a deadline of mail delivery (around 1400 PDT) on Monday, May 22nd. This should allow time for anyone who sent a m.o., for it to arrive.

Monday afternoon I'll give the PCB company a call and say in the words of Picard... "Engage" 😀

At 23 right now. This is close enough if we have no more pay.

I just realized that the 22nd is a Canadian holiday, Victoria Day. That will make the cutoff about 1400 PDT Tuesday the 23rd.
