I am not so young novice? 😉🙄550W is not a suitable beginners' project.
Here's a PCB for this amp, but it is not much I like it because there is not transistor for bias (see Figure 1 and PCB) !?😕

I prefer "Quasi" NBIP or ACTRK NMOS can deliver 1000W RMS with 12 pcs IRFP460

550W is not a suitable beginners' project.
Hi, +1 for the above. And it doesn't have a Baxandall diode, why not ? , rgds, sreten.
Without that its churlish to start worrying about bias issues, it will always be terrible.
