reaConverter will convert JPG to GRB Gerber files. You might have to edit your picture of the board to remove anything beside the traces and the holes. You would also have to handcraft your EXELON drill files.and then clone that drill file to make solder masks.

This is one excellent piece of software and what a fabulous business idea. I have it for quite some time and recently I actually made my own boards with toner transfer method. No more hard wiring the boards.
I may have located another batch of "New Old Stock" PC-19c's. The guy is out of town this week but I left word with his office to contact me ASAP.
The PC-19c's I have measure exactly 4.375" square, that converts to 111.125 mm
square. They are double sided and I think they are glass epoxy, not phenolic like the older PC-6 from the DH-200. The holes are .042" and plated through.
I want to stick with the original design with all new parts, except for some "POOGE" mods I like to employ.
