PC Power supply noise problem with sound cards - need help

obviously your've got a new PSU.

You might find the problem was poor soldering on the back of the PSU.

I've already ordered a new PSU and will do measurements of the sound card when I get it / have it installed.

I realize this thread is ancient, but you never updated the thread. Did the new PSU fix your noise problem?
