I am currently working on a DAC procject where the main object listining to Spotify Premium and podcasts from my PC.
I have been searching the interwebs for possible solutions and have found a few USB to I2S options. However they seem to be quite expensive although they will allow for full bandwidth of the AK4493 DAC i plan to use.
As an alternative i could use a CSR8675 based bluetooth 5.0 module, which of course does not allow for high res music playback but considering my source material, would i really be able to tell the difference?
Whats the advantages and drawbacks of the two solutions?
