I have to say your PCB layout skills are just superb.

Not only is it extremely well done in an electronic-layout sense, but
also aesthetically it looks so orderly and pleasing.

May I ask what is your general approach?

I use 2D/3D mech CAD for many yrs such as Autocad / Solidworks /
Ideas / Unigraphics so am always interested in how people achieve
excellent results in a physical design sense from a particular software
package.

Hard to say, Terry... you can to use the best softvare, but if you don't have aesthetic sense for detail, any softvare don't help you... I mean, that many people use first design, 'cos they are far too eager for result, but I personally let design " ripen " - next day or next week you will see emptiness much more better...
