Help needed by finding out the associated HDTV tracks to some online LDTV videos from concerts about youtube

first happy new year and all the best in 2012 to all members.

I am a big fan of Patricia Barber so as their compositions and I would like to find out the associated blu ray discs and DVD's of several low definition (LDTV) online videos from follow URL's:

Unfortunately I am am not a great computer expert. Perhaps you can give me the titles of the associated BD/DVD to this video samples so as some web search advices to find out the related HD track (Video on Demand) online portals.
Unfortunately - e. g. I am not able to find both the disc (BD/DVD) and the hd track portal.
"Live at Montreal Jazz Festival 2001" and also not the other associated discs (except compact disc for PCM "Audio-only").
