Fatmarley, your attenuator is a little on the high side and your amp input z is a bit low but there's no harm in giving it a go, it won't damage the amp. I'm sure the results will be ok if not optimum, just keep the lead between attenuator and amp short.

It seems Naim amps rely on having the 'right' cable attached to guarantee stability. There's some discussion of it here:
