Hi, just wondering if anyone has any experience building passive line level filters? Basically I need a -3db low pass shelf at 15khz. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
You want to know the impedances source and load.
I have no idea why a 15kHz low-pass should be a "shelf".

Not sure what you really need, but here are a couple examples:
TLS.org | Passive Line-Level Crossover
Passive Line Level Baffle Diffraction Step Compensation
A BSC filter adds a shelf that effectively decreases everything above the baffle step.
