Just checked passdiy.com and discovered the site has been redesigned and the gallery of aleph based projects is no longer available.
This part of the site was a fantastic resource and I hope that Nelson and crew will reinstate this section to the site soon!!

I have brokered a compromise with the legal department:
The projects will be restored without model identification
In the future, people should refer to them as
"Mystery amp" with a power description if desired.

The Gallery has been re-loaded, thanks to the skills of our
new intern Roth. He's they guy who has been re-doing all the
sites.
I personally edited the Gallery entries to remove the problematic
trademark references, so you'll see a lot of A3's, A5's etc.

My mystery AxAmp is gone... or I can't find it...or it's still uploading. It was heavy after all. 🙂

I see all the old stuff now.
Thanks a lot Mr. Pass - as usual you go above and beyond the call of DIY duty 🙂

Hello Mr Pass,
Isn't it time to add a, lets say, Watt's First section? There must be lots of people willing to show their FirstWatt clones?
cheers,
c.

What legal department? Isn't it all your stuff and aren't you the boss? 😉

They are probably the people ensuring that an overly nice Mr Pass doesn't inadvertantly make an error which causes all his stuff to then become other peoples stuff. Sometimes the legals are a little over-enthusiastic, but then again sometimes other people are overly litigious.
Unfortunately only the US President (AFAIK) is exempt from legal action - maybe we should petition for Mr Pass to also have that privilege.

I have gone to considerable length to isolate myself from responsibility, which
gives me considerable power to solve problems.

Is that IP, or can i use the strategy as well ?
It sounds attractive enough to moi to go considerable fishing.
