Hello,

What is changing the pot RW3a 150k ?

RW3A changes the Vgs (i.e. Id) of Q7 in order to set the voltage at Q7's drain at half of the voltage present at Q3's drain. So if you have 36V at the drain of Q3, use RW3A to set 18V at the drain of Q7.
