Hello Everyone
I bought two days ago, the preamp XP20 and amplifiers
PASS XA 160.5.
I have two problems! The first: the volume knob does not change the value Db, I read on the display the current value 00. I change the volume only through the remote control.
What is broken in my Pre?
The second problem: I do not understand how to adjust the GAIN of the Pre. I press the MODE button, but you can access another menu. Who can explain the procedure? My XP 20 is s / n 2086667

I would start by unplugging the AC power for a minute and
then plugging it back in. Occasionally the microcontrollers
will hang up.

If that doesn't do it, then I think you want to contact your
dealer for service.
