I tried some obvious passwords, i.e. "PassLabs", "np", "TAS", ... but without success.

just click twice yes , and it will open

I must unlock it to be able to extract Papa's pic , that's different thing than just viewing it

I assume this doesn't works with all pdf-viewers. Evince (standard viewer with Ubuntu) wants a password, nothing else.
