Hello, I have a pass labs x 150 stage and I have to change the blue LED diodes because they illuminate a lot and I don't know what I can do.
increase value of resistor(s) feeding them

Hello, it would be possible to put some LEDs with more voltage so that they would give less brightness.
easiest way to do it is - cut one wire of each LED, insert 10K or even bigger value resistor, put some isolation
much easier than replacing LED resistors on pcb
btw. all LEDs are sorta same voltage, except special ones made for automotive industry, and these will not work with existing limiting resistors on pcb
or you can simply desolder one wire (of each LED) from pcb pad, solder resistor leg in pad, solder same wire to other end of resistor
that way you can even mount heatshrink on wire (prior to soldering), and put it around resistor and wire after soldering; Voila - neat looking
