I'm currently building a DAC and would like to try the D1.. but it seems i cant find the IRF610 locally unless i order them online.. Im hoping i can use alternatives.. Which to do you think will be the best substitute:

IRF530
IRF640
IRF740
IRF830
IRF840

I think you should choose for highest transconductance at 10mA. Since his parameter is directly related to the impedance the dac chip will see.
