Pass Lab Xono original phono preamp problems

Hallo, I have owned this preamp for many years and these days I wanted to use it after many many years of rest.
After making the correct connections the right output channel both in balanced and unbalanced does not work ... it is mute, both with mm and mc connections.
I tried to disable/able the mm switch and mc several times thinking of an oxidationbut to no avail.
is there a possibility to get a schematic diagram?
What may have happened?

Thanks for the attention.

You wrote in first post that original preamp is in the case

I asked for pictures just in case, so we can see is there anything visible to eye

if you go to search page of forum https://www.diyaudio.com/forums/search.php , type Xono in search field, choose "search titles only" and limit search to "Pass Labs", you'll find enough threads with Xono in title

one of them is certainly having schematic

are you handy enough in basic electronic troubleshooting?

just in case - did you tried swapping L<>R , both input and output cables, just to exclude that source and/or line pre are not in question?

Sure, I tried to invert the channels but the right channel is still not working; I borrowed a pre phono on test and the channels with the same cables I connected the Xono with and they work perfectly.
Thanks for the indication, I will try to search in the various discussions.

Last news....
the problem in the right channel was solved by itself, but now it happens by chance that the relays trip and the music stop playing for a few moments.
What pushes the internal relays to activate putting everything in muting?
Anyone have any idea what damn is happening to this phono?

I would like to understand and try to solve this problem; in a few weeks I should do some auditions with the public and if this phono doesn't work well it risks making a bad impression.

Thanks Wayne for the reply.
Does this mean that if the AC mains voltage falls below a certain threshold, muting is activated alternately on one channel or on both as is happening?
Or maybe I didn't quite understand what you say.

Yes 225 V

The problem maybe that the phono is connected to a line purifier for use audio that has a 100VA isolation transformer just for him?
But it seems strange to me because years ago connected phono to the same line purifier it never gave me problems.

@dennis Hui

unfortunately I could only measure out of wall socket in a parallel socket.
the line purifier is inserted inside a piece of furniture closed like in a puzzle and measuring the voltage from behind the sockets of the line purifier becomes practically impossible for me, having to remove the fasteners to bring part of the piece of furniture forward ... it's a tiring job beyond that very long to run.
But I can bring a direct cable from a nearby wall socket directly to the Xono power supply bypassing the line purifier.
So I can run tests for a few days and see what happens.

Sure ... I unplugged the turntable from the power purifier leaving only the Xono plugged in and the turntable power was plugged into a wall socket ... probably the power purifier that has four transformer isolation separated 1:1 of only 100VA plus other filters downstream of the isolation transformers, does not bear two high absorptions.
