Not good. As long as it is inside the countrey it is passable, but i will refuse anything coming from UPS coming across the border due to their outrageous customs clearance fees.

I can do USPS Priority in a padded envelope for $20 (I'll eat some of the shipping cost).
It seems like a few people have figured out ways around those UPS duties, but I doubt it's worth the effort if you aren't getting a ton of mail.
Guam would require about the same postage costs as well.
