Thanks for the consideration. I kept a few of each myself and added a few caps to the mix.

details, please
There is an interesting, bare PS board in the junk box I received.
+/- 15 V out, with an LF353 dip-8 in the middle of it. I've searched, it has my curiosity...any details?

I'll throw my name in. I managed to convince the wife I'd put more in than I'd take out. Moo Ha Ha Ha.
MoodySteve ,
I just printed a priority mail label and will ship the box of Fred Sanford treasures out to you tomorrow.

Is the box of junk working out ok?
Which one do you refer to? 😉
I think there are several in distribution.
Maybe they ought to be christened, named to establish their identity and character. 🙄 ...as they rack up frequent flyer miles...
Heaven (or wives) forbid we have a tailgate swap meet.
We should see if there is enough interest. Heck, we could show off some of our diy builds as well.
HAM radio operators still do impromptu tailgate flea market type sales maybe we could get together for a swap meet in the spring when the weather is nice
organized by geographic areas for example charlotte, nc or atlanta,ga for the southeast US...

We could have a side-bar convention in Dayton in May.
Dayton is home to Mendelson's. Just to the south, Springboro is home to Parts Express & MCM. Fair Radio is up I-75 in Lima.
Lot's of side trip options.
DiyDayton is an annual event in July hosted by PE for speaker geeks, comme me

It would be more than a side trip, but worth it, for more fundamental reasons.
...any trip to Kentucky is worth it...
Jack, Do I have a destination for my junk box? Who wants a junk box? 🙄

You know about as much as I do. It is surely a voltage regulator. I ordered some LM1083 high current voltage regulators from China and the board was included for free. So I figured they were given them out as samples or clearing out the old revision.
Either it is a low power board, or you might find some three pin holes for high power output transistors or voltage regulators.
I was thinking that we should designate the boxes at solid-state, tube and speaker oriented. I go both ways 😀 so it is not a big deal to me. I threw in some crossover caps, but otherwise there was not too much for a speaker builder in this box.
Box received today, and I found a few useful odds and ends.
I added several bags of parts that I hope another DIYer (or many) will find useful.
keantoken, go ahead and PM me your mailing address - I'll try to get it out some time this week.
