I have strong feeling that it's possible without flaws , but to be sure - you need to clarify few common things ....... plugging in usually means connecting source in/to input , while ..........
so , be precise please , just that we can be sure which is exact level of mix-up ........ just words , or both words and facts

Ahm... so connect is maybe better... connect the alephJ and an other power amp to the aleph p
I thought about biamping, driving my shelf Speaker via the alephJ and support them with 2 active Subs, at frequencys where they running out of steam.
I would avoid an active crossover after the pre if this is possible and go direct into the amps.
The aleph via XLR and one activesub per side, via cinch.
