I finally decided to research on parts and what exactly I need to build this, I am completely new to this and I have been searching through this forum and LL forums for similar setups. I read through Inkog's entire thread and I see a lot of people that bought this lcd but I have yet to see any results. I plan to build a vertical one because it is a lot more convient. This is the basic parts list I got so far:

Venture 400w ED28
E39 Mogul
UV/IR glass from DIYPC
Standard lens kit from DIYPC
Ikea napkin reflector
FS Mirror
Is there anything else that I would need or something that won't work? I was wondering if I could skimp out on the len and use my 3m 9200's triplet instead? Also how slow is DIYPC when it comes to shipping their stuff? I want to be able to finish this before my break is over which I have another 3 weeks. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
