I'm a little confused on the restrictions for this sale. Is it just the matching fees for tubes that is restricted, or are tubes themselves restricted from the sale?
Also, where does the discount show up? I had some items in my cart but didn't see the discount. Does it apply after the order is processed?
Just want to be sure before I place an order.

Matching fees are NOT discounted. And as long as the tubes are not already discounted, they will get the 20% off Sale price (ie SHUGUANG 300B-Z are already disounted by 33%, so they do not get an additional 20% off - no double-discounting).
The web-site is not live, so it is not able to add or calculate the discount. After we enter your order into our order-entry system, we will email you a Sales Order confirmation that will show all the applicable discounts.
