I assume this is 9v zener? It is all orange with black stripe and A2 letter on one side and 9 number on the opposite. Used in accuphase p-102 front end voltage regulator. Measured voltage drop is 1,6v. Strange. Please advise, no schematic available

Unfortunately, there's no schematic of P-102. The part is marked as D10 and D11 with usual mark of general diode. Two similar looking parts with A2 and 16 marks are + and - VCC to the DC servo DIP8 opamp. Desoldered and tested with resistor and 20V is giving 8.1V constant voltage. Most likely its 9V zener, but operating regime is a bit weird.
