PARC Audio Polyprop Cap's

I am not discovering too much information on PARC Audio Components, especially Polyprop Cap's.
Is there any members who may have used them or know how they compare to other Brands Polyprop's that are rated.

For small values used in tube amplifiers, you'd be hard pressed to beat the Sprague 715P PPN Orange Drop brand caps. Not familiar with those from PARC Audio.

Never heard of PARC, but the Sprague 716P series has copper leads, and is only slightly more in cost
than the 715P series, which has steel leads.
