Hi people,
I'm very new to electronics stuff so please bear with me, just trying to gain some basic knowledge. I'm thinking of buying an amplifier for studio monitoring, I use PMC monitors, and I called one of the designers there and he recommended me a Parasound halo A23 amp... has anyone used/heard of these.. he stressed how 'bi polar outputs ' are the way to go for great transient response, and Im wondering if this amp is a good solution for studio monitoring basically, even though it looks more like a quality hi fi amp. I certainly cant afford a nice Bryston even though everyone raves about them in the studio world
Thanks very much
Dave

Hi dave .
Nice amplifier speakers are pretty good too.
Before you spend your money on an amplifier . I would have a listen to the KRK VXT8's. a pair of them costs approx the same as the halo a23. they are fully active studio monitoring speakers made for the job with amplifiers and speakers designed together. They sound stunning even if you dont want to buy a pair . Treat your self and have a listen.
