Parasound A23 and 4 ohm speaker

I have purchased an Parasound A21 to run my Monitor Audio PL200 fronts and an A23 to run my Monitor Audio PLC150. I need some advice if I should bridge the A23 to run the centre channel. The PLC150 is rated as a 4 ohm speaker. The parasound manual says to do bridge a 4 ohm speaker. Is this correct? Am I supposed to leave the A23 in stereo mode and only hook up 1 channel. I am pretty green so please take it easy on an old guy🙂

After some reading I think what I am looking for is Vertical Bi Amping. Would this be recommended? If so would a y cable be better from the preamp to both channels or could I use the loop out connector on channel one to the imput on channel 2 do the same thing.
