I'm trying to build some diffusor panels in the style of parametric wall art but I'm trying to find a calculator to deflect a specific range of frequencies. Does anyone have any links?
These are some nice links for the other deflector designs that commonly show up, but I'm looking for something like this with proven deflection numbers (it deflects in a specified Hz range) if there's one out there. A DIY design for something like this with organic lines.

Sincerely doubt these are built on any underlying science. Organic lines, as you call them, rule 😎
I'm not so sure about these parametric diffusors in terms of acoustic treatment but keep in mind that you need a minimum distance from to panel to your listening position else you can ear "artifact".
If you check the link, it's quoted: https://www.subwoofer-builder.com/qrdude.htm

Hi,
They look nice but i doubt about efficiency in acoustic treatment.
Like it had been pointed to you you can taylor the response of a Quadratic Residue Diffusor ( QRD) to a given freq range. Imho it's your best bet.
2D are more effective than 3D ( Skyline).
If you want something pleasing the eye you can try to introduce Fibonnacci sequence into how panels are organised but you'll have to stick to QRD calculated depth and width.
I've already seen a pro control room designed following this rule and it sounded and looked very nice.
Fibonnacci

Which can take you to the golden number 1.618… symbol greek letter 𝜑
