I need help with these drivers,
I've been shopping and found these cheap drivers on sale, no parameters were available and can not seem to find any on internet. Is Accoustic Research a known brand? I know these are not the most expensive, but you still think I can do something decent sounding ?

Is this store in Quebec? It looks like the catalog of a speaker place in PQ that I saw a while ago. Do you have a link to the website? I had been trying to remember what it was called... I was going post about this, but didn't get around to it... Thanks.

You will laugh because I did it. If you have a laptop properly configured with speakerworkshop, bring it to Addison and measure the driver there

Well i've never looked into this program, seemed pretty complex to setup, plus I don't have any parameter for my sound card (cheap generic 20$ soundcard). Do you believe this would be achievable anyway?

AAAAAAHAHAHAHA!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!! HAHA!! MAN!!!! what did they think?? lol what did you go about clamping the speakers down? didn't they notice noises coming from the speaker you were looking at? lol
What do you think?? That I took a driver, went in a black corner and did my testing without being see

The only drivers having some kind of params in addison and ive checked add-tronique, addison in montreal and maddison are Eminence drivers,
I bought some AR speakers not long ago because they were cheap.. but no specs so I had to measure them..
Good 8" drivers if you ask me..
Anyway, we should make something with all the drivers we have measured off addison, could be usefull someday....
I have some Cambridges, some mids, some tweeters and some AR
If you go directly at the store, you can find surplus drivers that are not in the catalog..
