30 so far. I'll leave this open for a week as I understand that people are keen for the order to go in ASAP.
Has anyone tested this PS in a different application such as a straight pre-amp? Results? Compared with what?
I'm not aware of anyone who's used it for anything else yet. Just remove the Hammond chokes and you have a PSU with better than average CMRR thatyou can use for anything.

+ one kit for Alan (337alant) from PFM:
New Paradise phono power supply (pre-reg) group buy. - Page 2 - pink fish media
Things get rolling a bit, that's great. 🙂

Plus 4 x PCB's and 1 X PSU Kit for me please. FWIW I'll be using mine on a Marsh Headphone Amp initially with the others to match my so far un-built Paradise set.
Many thanks

I wish to know if it is somewhere group buy of main phono preamp Paradise PCB.
No, there is no Paradise group buy active yet & probably none planed the moment,
but there must be hundrets of Paradise pcbs out there,
if you try to find one, you may get one who's owner did not get around building them.
The pre-regulator boards this group buy is for, are much more rare than the Paradise boards themselves,
so the opportunity for the pre-reg is now, or (probably) never..
Si,
Might this be a great opportunity to look at shrinking these boards?
...from my post on PFM:
I'm wondering if there could be a minor redesign (shortening of the board) to allow a sideways fit inside a 230mm Modushop Galaxy? (210mm internal).
Perhaps take the Gnd connection from closer between the caps and move the +ve & -ve nearer to the corners. You could chop 15mm off this end of the board. Also loose an easy 5mm from the other end
What are the 2 small items between the inductors and the diodes? Why not move them out to the sides, that's another 10mm saved. The items between the caps. Move them North and South and loose another 2mm.
That's a 198mm long board

I've often wondered the same about my Quad ESL's, if I cut 300mm off the top and 200mm off the side then they might fit my in my living room. 😀
I'm serious, give me the CAD and I'll change the layout.
However, I'm not at all sure if 2 of them will fit in a 80x230x280 Modushop Galaxy enclosure.

Dan, that's beyond the scope of this thread. We have a proven and tested board design that we are reissuing. Please don't queer the pitch.
Gents I'll count the totals and Benedetto will find out pricing. If that's a close price break I'll pony up.
