Anyone have any leads on where to obtain the required Toshiba FETs for this build? Everything else is fairly easy to get!

Hi, you can use J107 although the pinout is different, you will have to twist them around a little bit, see attached picture....

the upper (marked) pin is the drain, followed by gate, then source (on the K170). To use a J107 which has a pin sequence of drain-source-gate, two pins need to be swapped.

I'm going to assume here that the K170 and J310 specified on the BOM are actually 2SK170 and 2SJ310, Toshiba parts? The substitutes listed (J107 and J109) would be Fairchild parts? Is there a specific grade of J107 and J109 that are required?
